341 - WV890B-3a R7 NGC MS64 RB 30% Red. John Eckhart Manufacturer of Hosiery, Wheeling West Virginia 1863 with Flying Eagle. The variety is probably a bit overrated at R7 but the vast majority of known examples are VF and lower with Uncirculated examples being very rare. From the Dave Lucas collection. (1000-1500)
