Description
278 - OH300A-1bo R9 NGC MS64 Trace Bright, nicely toned. Boger & Kimmel, Findlay Ohio struck in Brass over an 1864 McClellan political campaign token DeWitt GMcC 1864-27. Exceedingly rare merchant, we know of only two examples, one of each variety including the example in the ANS. This despite both varieties being list as R9. From the Lumberton, Dave Bowers and Steve Tanenbaum collections. This is the Fuld Plate specimen for both the 2nd and 3rd editions of the Store Card book. (8000-12000)
