AUCTION TERMS OF SALE

1. There are NO buyer's fees in this sale. What you bid is the most you will pay.

2. Bids above $15.00 will be reduced to 10% over the next highest bid or the consignors reserve,

up to a maximum of 50%.  Bids will not be reduced to less than $15.00.

3. Postage and insurance will be added to all invoices with a minimum charge of $2.00 for packaging,

handling and insurance.

4. Invoices for deliver within South Carolina must pay 6% for South Carolina sales tax unless a resale

number is supplied. Bidders from other states are responsible for paying any sales / use tax that may be

required.

5. Mail bids must be received on or before the closing date of the sale.

6. Mail bidders will be able to set a maximum expenditure limit of $500 or more and use "one lot only" on

groups of lots.

7. Email bids should be sent early to assure they are included and must include shipping address. I will acknowledge Email bids. If you do not receive confirmation by sales end you should phone / fax bids.

8. Phone bids will be accepted the week proceeding the sale.

9. You may FAX your bids to my regular number. When I am not home my phone will be set to receive

FAX's or voice mail.

10. Phone bidders may request the second high bid but must raise that bid by at least 20% or $5.00,

whichever is greater. On the day of the sale only raises to the second high bid will be accepted. The sale

closes at 9:00 PM EST or until 15 minutes elapse without a call, whichever is later.

11. Estimates which appear after the description are only a guide and items will often be sold above and

below those amounts.

12. A listing of prices realized will be issued after the sale. The list is sent free of charge to successful

bidders and all who purchase catalogs, otherwise there is a $3.00 charge.

13. Returns will be accepted on any lots incorrectly described, however, since the majority of this material

is consigned all sales will be considered final 7 days after lot delivery.

14. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or withdraw any lot.

15. Placing a bid in this sale constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
