496 - RBH 1876-31 Red Celluloid NGC MS66 Loop attached as issued. Hayes (under bust front left) // Wheeler (under bust front left). Struck in Red Celluloid 25mm. Designed by Leffert and made by the Celluloid Company of Newark, New Jersey. Certainly unusual and of the six Ford examples saved, this was the only one with the original loop remaining. From the John Ford collection earlier from Stack's Bowers September 2013 sale where it realized $141. (150-200)
