195 - OH215A-1a R5 NGC MS62 BN 10% Red. Jacob Stump Merchant Tailor, Crestline Ohio 1863 with Top Hat reverse die. Very scarce town, particularly in Uncirculated condition. We sold a similar raw MS62 for $330 in our October 2004 sale. From the Charles Thobaben collection. (400-500)
